If you’ve had a math class, been to a bluegrass music Focus Time, or even have Coram Deo with Mr. Merriman, the only thing you know about his life is that he works at Catholic Central. Merriman won’t share even his favorite color if asked, due to it being a “personal question.”

Recently, anonymous sources have heard Merriman sharing so-called, “personal information” with staff members during C6 lunch. We now know that his favorite color is yellow. This is very serious information and will go down in Catholic Central history. Since we had heard this, what else has he told his fellow coworkers about? 

After interviewing others about this serious topic, we’ve found new information; Merriman’s favorite math class to teach is calculus. How should the students who don’t take calculus feel about this? What does this mean for the rest of us? Is this why he doesn’t share personal information with us?

Although we haven’t heard him say this information, we notice that he has a little apple figure on his desk. This must be Merriman’s favorite fruit. Is there a reason for this? Does he simply want to fit the teacher stereotype of loving apples? Maybe. Perhaps he has a secret apple orchard in his backyard.

After learning this new “personal information” about him, it’s possible to see him differently. His favorite color, class to teach, and fruit are important to Catholic Central. However, one thing we may not ever know about him is maybe the most important feature: what is his curly hair routine?
