Well, its official. The Class of 2026 has been suspended until further notice, and potentially for the first time in history, nobody will graduate. Now everyone is wondering what the seniors could have possibly done to deserve this punishment. The question should really be what didn’t they do.

Everyone knows this senior class doesn’t take anything seriously and takes everything as a joke. Unfortunately jokes were taken too far. The jokes started the week before spring break when the entire senior class grouped up to fill the walls of the school with Mrs. Kanitz’s high school senior pictures, and that only the start. the whole faculty found it funny to an extent, but the seniors didn’t stop there.

For the next two days after that the seniors were determined to take it farther. The seniors invested in a giant crane to place Mrs. Kanitz’s car on the roof of the school, along with a couple other staff cars as well.

Now the final straw for Mrs. Kanitz was a fun one for the seniors until it wasn’t. The seniors decided to start purge week for senior assassin. As told by one anonymous student ’26, the only problem with that is they had purge week inside of the school and “kinda sorta” involved the entire school. Before long, “blue and yellow nerf bullets were flying around the school hitting near us, just having a good time” until a bullet hit Mrs. Kanitz square in the for head. “Yeah, she didn’t like that one.” It was over with from there.

After that, the entire senior class was suspended from April 3rd- April 13. I guess we can just call this a slap on the wrist for the seniors, although Mrs. Kanitz reportedly felt that she triumphed in the end.
